If for some reason you have an issue with our checkout process, you can Paypal us directly which is not the same process as doing PayPal with our regular shopping/checkout cart. Read below on how to send a payment to us via Paypal:

If you have a Paypal account we can conduct transactions through their service. Simply follow the directions below and The Skins Factory will handle all of the fulfillment for your purchase.

Please include with your order the following information:

1. Your full name and email address

2. Which Product (s) you wish to purchase.

3. Please tell us if:
A. For Windows XP: Is your XP in English or Non-English?
B. For Windows Vista: Is your Vista, 32-bit or 64-bit?
C. For Windows 7: Is your 7, 32-bit or 64-bit?

So we can give you the proper installer.
