Start Orb doesnt chnage or Max/Min buttons ect

, hypertheme is not changing my start orb or min/max

Start orb wont change nor will my internet exploerer buttons ect

It just looks like a normal microsoft theme but with changed colour and icons my logon wallpaper changed too but this is it

i really want it to look liek te one you advertised so please can you help me?

Im running windows 7 64but ultimate

i changed my display to smaller (default)
and now it looks like this

I should add that flagship theme works fine

NVM i changed it to the silver one and now it works great !!!!!!!
