alignment of text in "About Windows" window and login wallpaper not changed in Windows 7

Can help? I used "It's a Magical World" theme, there are problems.

The alignment text of this window has moved to left.



and also, the login wallpaper not changed or reverted to the default Windows 7 login wallpaper
