so i just got this theme but i can instal it when i try i comes with a error and the installation stops

When in the installation does it occur. What does the error say? Are you on XP? What service pack are you using? You realize it does not work on Vista correct? Let me see if that helps. We had this issue before but it was fixed. Question is, did our ecommerce put up the new version or not. When the Hyperdesk Solar Flare Installshield Wizard ask me Organisation and Serial Number, i don't know what to answer, i want to use it in my private life not at work. Plus, i don't understand what Serial Number means (I'm french) [i only have a license key] So i can't install it, although i've bought it Please, help me.

Hello at the time of l' installation of DarkMatter: Subspace Hypertheme, DarkMatter: Solar Hypertheme Flare, DarkMatter: Gamma Ray Hypertheme after having to return the key by copying to stick I click on following and its mets a small moment has to come then j' have a window telling me qu' it is necessary that I oneself to connect on Internet out I am to him already j' have to test with the 3 its wants nothing to know could you m' to help.
