Thank you for your help, but now I have 2 more problems. In customer info it askes for name, company, & serial #. serial # of what? next when I try to install the program it says " no internet connection. I have high speed wireless. I am always connected. help please ken516@townsqr.com.

Send me your order number and email address you used for the order to jschader at theskinsfactory dot com and i'll send you new installer.
