SO I just bought the subspace thing an installed it and the only thing thats changed are my icons and backround. but not the start up button or any of the window exit, minimize, maximize etc things.

Please tell me how to fix this as Id like to get what I paid for.

The most common issues and fixes:
1. Did you download the right version for your Operating System? If you purchased the XP version of a theme for your Windows 7 PC or vice versa… it’s not going to work. In which case, you need to buy the proper version and we’ll refund the other version. We will do this only once for you. If it happens again you’re out of luck. For Vista and Win 7 users: is your PC 32-bit or 64-bit and did you download the proper version? If not, download the proper version.

2. Are you using other theme customization applications. If you are, you may need to completely disable them while you run our software.

3. Have you increased your font size? This could affect some aspects of our theme and cause it not to work.

4. If the start button is not working: Go to "Control Panel" -> "Appearance and Personalization" -> "Display". Ensure that the "Smaller - 100% (default)" radio button is selected. Then re-apply the theme. You have it probably set to medium. It has to be set to Smaller.
