so i just got this theme but i can instal it when i try i comes with a error and the installation stops

When in the installation does it occur. What does the error say? Are you on XP? What service pack are you using? You realize it does not work on Vista correct? Let me see if that helps. We had this issue before but it was fixed. Question is, did our ecommerce put up the new version or not.
