I got one question before I buy this theme. What's about other language than english?? Is this theme working with no problem under ex. polish language windows??

Well there's a few words in English like the start button. But most of the language is whatever your XP's language is. The English and Non-English installers are both in English but the code is different for the non-english one. You should be ok. You can always try the free theme for Sony Ericsson to see if it works for you.
