Fixed the black tab issue. Rest is not fixed. I don't think this is for you.

We fixed the tabs issue but 1of the themes (there's 2 include in each darkmatter theme) is dark which means certain applications that have black text that don't use Explorer's text may have issues. I rarely hear someone complain about it.
