Is it compatible that Hyperdesk can run on Windows Vista N and KN Editions?

N editions are for Europe.
KN editions are for South Korea.

You know I don't know. There's no reason it shouldn't work on N. If you don't have the ability to use Aero then those themes won't work but each theme has a Basic version also with the aero version. So technically it should work. For the Korean version of Vista that's the regular version of vista only in korean should be ok.
