The Start Menu Width is too Narrow, many stuffs are shorten ...

for example

Window Virtual PC became Window Virtual .....

can it be widen ??

Also, it looks awful when i hit the All Program button, it is black text white background while the entire theme is blue text and black background

Any solution,
