So I bought the Hypertheme pack and installed the Subspace theme today. The installation process goes well restart and all, but after I apply the changes, if I restart my computer for any reason when windows opens my computer crashes. I have to use a system restore each time I've tried working with it. I've scanned my computer for viruses and come up with nothing. I'm not sure what's causing the problem.

Did you try uninstalling it and reinstalling the application or even try installing one of the other themes in the pack to see if it could be that particular theme causing issues? I'll have Caleb, our coder contact you tomorrow to get your debug log so we can see what's up. It could be another app not playing nice with it. I know we had a lot of issues with a logitech application that would kill our app. We found out that app was killing a lot of other apps and we had to create a workaround. I think it was called quickpoint.exe or something like that.

Also what's your order number so i can get all of your information.

Thanks.

I haven't tried either of the other two, but I have tried reinstalling it multiple times due to the fact that I had to system restore to a time before the app was installed. I may have some logitech things installed on my computer though, maybe that could be the issue.

i think its called quickset or quickpoint exe. See if you have that installed. If so, try turning it off so it doesn't turn on when you reboot. Caleb is a new coder to Hyperdesk and we've made changes since the last coder. Could be we changed the thing we fixed and now its breaking.

The only logitech programs I have installed are Printservice and quickcam. So quickcam is the closest program I have installed to what you mentioned.

I seem to be having problems with the website, to be percise for some topics it keeps getting me logged out even though I am logged on and therefore it wants me to get logged on. Any ideas and suggestions?

Are you talking about here in the forums? It's the only place you can login to. We upped the security here otherwise you would be seeing a lot of ads for viagra and cialis :-)
