Hyperdesk Refund Policy

Windows XP 64-bit Users

On every System Requirement (click the button located on the bottom of every Windows XP product page), we clearly state you need Windows XP, 32-bit with Service Pack 2 or 3. Hyperdesk does not work for Windows XP, 64-bit. Most copies of Windows XP are 32-bit. No refunds. No exceptions.

 

"I bought the wrong version for my Operating System"

Sorry, but you're going to have to rebuy the right one. Every single product page states what version of the operating system that particular theme runs on. We also include system requirements. Because we don't use DRM we can't deactivate the one you purchased. No refunds. No exceptions. Please note Windows Vista is not the same as Windows 7. We have many Windows 7 themes for you to choose from, but Vista themes will NOT work on Windows 7.

 

One Final Note

We do not offer refunds. We have given our customers complete freedom with our products which include no license keys to deal with and unlimited installations on all your personally-owned PCs. But this freedom comes with a price. We can't simply "turn off" the software. We can't "take it back" from you. So please be aware before you purchase one of our products.

New Licensing and Installation Policies

No More DRM

We have removed all license activation software from the Hyperdesk products purchased here at Hyperdesk.com. We feel that while DRM serves an important purpose safeguarding the significant investments we've made toward the Hyperdesk products, our customers deserve a flawless and easy-to-use experience. No more worried about installing our themes on PCs not connected to the internet or worrying about where you saved/stored the license key if you need to reinstall the product for some reason.

 

 

Unlimited Installations

Now when you purchase one of our outstanding hypersuites (desktop themes), you can install that theme on as many computers that you personally own. Whether you have 1 PC or 10, you have the freedom to install the product on all of them. We feel that this is the greatest gift we can give our Hyperdesk users besides the quality of our work. We hope in return, you will respect us enough to not distribute our products to anyone else. Your unlimited installations only apply to the operating system you purchases the desktop theme for.
