Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Hyperdesk (“we”, “us”), operated by [Legal entity name], [Business address], collects, how we use it and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number and business details when you book a call (through Calendly), email us or buy a launch.
  • The website you type into our form. When you type your website or business name into the free-preview form on our website, we save it with the date and time, even if you don’t go on to book a call, so we can prepare your preview and follow up.
  • Public business information. To design a preview, we use public information about your business, such as your current website, business listings and business contact details.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits, never your full card number.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep this website and the sites we host secure and reliable.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts on this website are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

2. How we use it

We use this information to design and send previews, talk with you about them, provide and bill for our services, answer support requests, keep our systems secure and meet our legal obligations.

3. Emails about previews

We sometimes email a business about a preview we have designed for it, using business contact details that are publicly available. Every email says who we are and how to opt out. Reply “unsubscribe” or write to [contact email] and we will stop.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run Hyperdesk, such as our hosting provider (Vercel), payment processor (Stripe), scheduling tool (Calendly) and email provider. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We delete previews and the information behind them when you ask us to.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can opt out of our emails at any time. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights. We will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, write to [contact email].

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email.
