Terms of Service

These terms cover the website design, hosting and upkeep services offered by Hyperdesk (“Hyperdesk”, “we”, “us”), operated by [Legal entity name], [Business address]. By booking a call, accepting a preview or paying for a launch, you agree to them.

1. Free previews

We may design a preview of a new website for your business before you pay anything. Previews are free and carry no obligation. Preview links are private and are not listed in search engines. If you decide not to launch, tell us and we will take the preview down.

2. Prices and payment

  • Launch: $500, paid once.
  • Hosting and upkeep: $20 per month. At checkout you pay $520, the launch plus your first month.
  • Optional add-ons: SEO at $30 per month and AI search at $40 per month.
  • Small changes after launch: $12 each.

Prices are in US dollars and taxes may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

3. Launch

After you pay and send your edits, we aim to launch your site within 24 hours. Timing depends on getting what we need from you, such as your edits and access to your domain settings.

4. Hosting, renewal and cancellation

Hosting and any add-ons renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at [contact email]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you will not be charged again. We do not refund partial months.

5. Refunds

If you cancel before your site goes live, we refund the launch fee in full. Once your site is live, the launch fee is not refundable.

6. Your content and your domain

You keep ownership of your business name, logo, photos, text and domain. You confirm that you have the right to use any material you give us. To design a preview, we may use public information about your business, such as your current website and business listings.

7. The site we build for you

Once you have paid the launch fee, you may use the design we create for your business. If you cancel hosting, we will send you a copy of your site’s files on request. We will not show your site as an example of our work without your permission.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the sites we host online, secure and backed up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will tell active customers by email before it takes effect.
