[Product]Inbox and approvals
Every change, proposed with its numbers.
The Inbox is where the agent’s work waits for you. Every Monday, and whenever you ask, it reviews your Google Ads account and proposes changes, grouped by campaign, each with the spend, clicks and leads behind it. You approve, adjust or reject each one. Nothing changes in Google Ads before that.
- Your ad accounts stay yours
- Nothing ships without your yes
- Each week’s moves in Slack
[01]What it does
An agency’s weekly review, without the wait.
- 01
22 checks, every week
The weekly review runs 22 checks: searches that cost money and never convert, converting searches that aren’t keywords yet, campaigns limited by budget, weak ads, missing assets, ad groups without a page of their own and more.
- 02
The numbers behind every move
Each proposal shows the clicks, spend, conversions and leads it is based on, and exactly what approving does, down to the match type.
- 03
Adjust before you approve
Change the search to exclude, the keyword, its match type or the daily budget before you say yes, or ask the agent about the move first.
- 04
Google checks it first
Each change is confirmed on its own. Google checks it without making it, then makes it. Removing something asks you to type “remove”.
- 05
A budget cap no change can pass
Set the highest daily budget once in Settings. No proposed change can go above it.
- 06
It learns from what you reject
Reject with a reason. “Not now” asks again in 30 days, and after three “Not right for my business” answers it stops proposing that kind of move.
- 07
History, with what happened next
Every decision stays in History, with who approved it and the 7 days before and after: Helped, Didn’t help or Too early to say.
- 08
Ask in plain English
Ask about your account and get an answer from its last 30 days. When the answer is a change, it goes through the same approval.
[02]Questions
Straight answers.
Does Hyperdesk ever change our ads on its own?
No. There is no autopilot: every change waits for someone on your team to approve it, and each one is confirmed on its own.
Who can approve changes?
Admins and members of your team. Each teammate signs in with their work email and sees only your company’s account.
How often does it propose changes?
Every Monday at 9:00 AM Pacific, and whenever you click Review my account now. The first review runs as soon as you connect your Google Ads account.
Where do we hear about new moves?
In the Inbox, and in your Slack channel: each week’s review posts the moves it found with a link to review them. Approving happens in the dashboard.
